Artist's Journey
Susan Robbins is an author-illustrator with a love for bringing imaginative worlds to life through playful storytelling and vibrant art. Her debut picture book, Cowgirl Sadie features a resourceful animal character, and a touch of humor for readers of all ages. With a background in education as a former elementary school librarian, Susan combines her creative skills with a deep understanding of what delights young audiences.

She believes that stories are seeds—capable of growing empathy, creativity, and joy. When she isn’t in her studio drawing or writing, she enjoys volunteering , cooking, and visiting local bookstores in search of inspiration.
